The selectable quantities obviously refer to quantities of caps for each format (33cl bottle - 26mm cap, 50/75cl bottle - 29mm cap), in order to give you everything you need to customize your beer or drink in a simple and immediate way.
Requirements for uploaded graphics
Always use high quality files to get the best out of your print and avoid pleasant grainy image surprises. If possible, vectors file (open pdf) are the best for the purpose.
The (minimum) optimal resolution of image files is 300 dpi.
In case of text embedded in the uploaded graphics, the pdf must include the respective fonts (preferably) or convert them to paths. This way we can make sure that your label will come out exactly how you want it. Minimum font size (under which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt. In case of “negative” texts on backgrounds made up of more than one color, the minimum font threshold is 7pt. The minimum printable stroke is 0.25 pt.
NOTE: Regulations specify minimum font sizes for food labeling, it is up to you to ensure compliance with them.
The file must be created starting from templates provided in Adobe Illustrator format, without changing page size and including a minimum of 1.5 mm of bleed per side.
Graphics within the format must remain within the cutting path for at least 1.5 mm. Templates contain, in a locked layer, the cut path should not to be modified.
