You can choose between: silver, white, blue, yellow, black, gold, red, green. If the base color you want is not among these, we recommend you choose from the great classics (white, black, silver) and create a “full field” graphic, for coloring its entire surface!

Loadable formats are: -        vector (preferred): .ai/.pdf -        raster: jpeg/.png/.tiff Minimum resolution must be 600 dpi, in the size indicated as "printable area". Attention: if there are details smaller than 0.5 mm, such graphic elements could be difficult to print, or may appear as not fully appreciable/not sharp visually. Note: We print with the highest quality, but due to the metal surface of the product, sometimes colors may vary slightly once printed. Some scratches may occur during transport, due to the crown cap’s structure's peculiar sharpness. We will protect the shipment of your products as much as possible, but we cannot work miracles on physics.. Storage: Caps should be stored in a clean, well-ventilated, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight or extremely high temperatures, as well as exposure to contaminants. Printing is carried out with a new digital printing technology developed and patented by Pelliconi, which uses UV inks, coupled with another technology which applies the CMYK color decomposition model... let's not bother with the details, we're the ones taking care of everything! Upload your graphic and your decorated cap will arrive… almost like having your home cap printer Print area: the print area has a diameter of 24.5 mm for 26 mm caps, and of 27.5 mm for 29 mm caps. The base caps used for printing are of the best quality. They are produced by Pelliconi in Italy. A company that since 1939 has been making a single product a worldwide business and also a great passion. The caps are the same that you can find on beers or drinks of the most famous brands globally, and for this reason they are a guarantee of quality, pressure tightness, food safety and any other likewise aspect.   Metal: the metal used is tin-free steel. Steel is a terrific material, as it is infinitely recyclable. Our steel contains on average 50% w/w (expressed in weight-by-weight units) of internal reuse or PCR (post-consumption recycled) materials. Its specific value depends from lot to lot or from the supplier. The thickness of the metal ranges from 0.21 to 0.25mm, for ensuring maximum sustainability and sealing at the same time! Gasket: the plastic material inside the cap, tasked with the important duty of maintaining freshness, effervescence and quality of your drink, is PVC-free. A PVC-free material guarantees maximum respect for the environment and health because: -        It has no migration of harmful elements inside the drink -        It is not harmful at the time of its disposal, be it in incineration, landfill, or recycling process. On request, the Oxygen Scavenger is also available. However, this material has a rather short shelf life. The profile, therefore the shape of the liner, is Pelliconi's best workhorse… you only get the sole task of producing, bottling, and drinking… we'll take care of the rest! As great (and elderly) experts in the world of bottle caps, we can provide you with a suitable and approved product for any food contact, even after pasteurization (DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE [EC 1935/2004 Art 16 and EU 10/2011 Art 15, Annex IV]).
